I’m a registered dietitian and yoga instructor living in Jacksonville, Florida.

It’s always been a little dream to put my work out for the world to see and after writing for other websites for years, I felt like it was time to create my own.

The Flexible RD blog is the perfect mix of everything I love. As a Health at Every Size (HAES) Registered Dietitian and Yoga Instructor, I provide resources for body image, nutrition, yoga, and relationship with food and body.
